Background: Cranioplasty (CP) is necessary for patients with disorders of consciousness (DOC) and skull defects. However, due to the complexity these conditions, surgical indications are conservative, there few published reports. This study aimed assess outcomes complications CP in DOC, optimize management transcalvarial herniation (TCH) hydrocephalus.
